The Resurrection Christian Cougars defeated the University Bulldogs by a score of 67-58 on Friday.
Reece Johnson lead Resurrection Christian with 24 points scored while also collecting five rebounds and two assists. Isaac Jessup helped the effort by contributing 18 points, eight rebounds, and six assists.
University was paced in scoring by Andre Chacon who put up 14 points, while also collecting seven rebounds and three assists. Jaden Humphrey recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and collecting 10 rebounds.
Next up for each team, University will stay home and play Eaton, while Resurrection Christian will travel to play Sterling.
