Elizabeth was paced in scoring by Tyson Griffin who accounted for 22 points, while also recording seven rebounds and one assist. Tristan Smith recorded a double-double, scoring 21 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Pueblo South heading to play Pueblo County and Elizabeth taking on Woodland Park.
