
The Pomona Panthers easily defeated the Prairie View Thunderhawks by a score of 66-43 on Monday.
Trevor Baskin lead Pomona with 23 points scored while also recording 12 rebounds and five assists. Isaiah Tshimanga aided the effort by contributing 13 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists.
Prairie View was paced in scoring by Xavier Torres who accounted for 21 points, while also collecting two rebounds and two assists. Andrew Theisen and Braden Stauffer also had solid outings contributing six points each.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Pomona hosting Denver East and Prairie View taking on Gateway.
