Shamahra Henderson lead Thornton with 18 points scored while also recording 12 rebounds and four assists. Monique Delatorre had a solid night, recording eight points, two rebounds and four assists.
Looking ahead to their next games, Hinkley will play host to Gateway, while Thornton will travel to play Sheridan.
