The Coronado Cougars easily handled the Rampart Rams by a score of 62-40 on Friday.
Tara Sandoval lead Coronado with 12 points scored while also collecting two rebounds and one assist. Sanaya Jones recorded a double-double, scoring 11 points and collecting 15 rebounds.
Rampart was lead in scoring by Kaylee Sheets who scored 14 points, while also recording two rebounds and two assists. Kennedy Wriedt and Nicole Mauricio Rivera also had notable outings contributing nine points each.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Coronado hosting Pine Creek and Rampart taking on Fountain-Fort Carson.
