The Vanguard School easily defeated the Lamar Savages by a score of 56-21 on Saturday.
The Vanguard School was lead in scoring by Alexis Garcia who put up 30 points while also recording three rebounds and two assists. Hailey Blanchard aided the effort by chipping in 10 points.
Lamar was lead in scoring by Courtney Sneller who put up eight points, while also recording three rebounds and one assist. Abby Robbins had a solid night, recording five points, four rebounds and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with The Vanguard School heading to play Trinidad and Lamar taking on Sterling.
