The Rye Thunderbolts easily put away the Las Animas Trojans by a score of 65-27 on Saturday.
Rye was paced in scoring by Camden Godinez who put up 16 points. Michael Valdez and Brock Benz also had solid outings contributing 14 points and nine points, respectively.
In their next games, Las Animas will play host to Rocky Ford, while Rye will travel to play John Mall.
