Vail Mountain earned a win when they defeated the Hotchkiss Bulldogs 49-43 on Saturday.
Hotchkiss was lead in scoring by Jacob Palecki who scored 12 points, while also recording six rebounds and one assist. Zac Ziemer aided the effort by contributing 10 points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Vail Mountain heading to play Hayden and Hotchkiss taking on Rangely.
