The Durango Demons defeated the Grand Junction Tigers by a score of 32-24 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Durango was lead in scoring by Mason Rowland who put up 14 points while also recording five rebounds and one assist. Sydney Flores helped by contributing five points and two rebounds.
Grand Junction was lead in scoring by Dolcie Hanlon who scored nine points while grabbing eight rebounds. Faith Buckley helped by chipping in six points, six rebounds, and three assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Durango heading to play Bayfield and Grand Junction taking on Montrose.
