The Hoehne Farmers defeated the Crowley County Chargers by a score of 38-31 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Averie Navarette lead Hoehne with 12 points scored while also recording 11 rebounds and two assists. Ronni San Roman had a respectable night, recording seven points.
Crowley County was lead in scoring by Destinee Ybarra who put up 10 points, while also recording five rebounds and one assist. Alex Diaz and Reagan Haynes also had notable performances contributing eight points each.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Hoehne heading to play Swallows Charter Academy and Crowley County taking on Holly.
