The Pagosa Springs Pirates earned a win when they defeated the Alamosa Mean Moose 35-24 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Pagosa Springs was paced in scoring by Hailey Griego who accounted for 12 points while also recording nine rebounds and two assists. Adelyn Dozier helped by chipping in eight points.
Alamosa was paced in scoring by Lilly Lavier who scored nine points, while also recording three rebounds and one assist. Terese Chavez helped the effort by chipping in four points and two rebounds.
Alamosa will stay home and play Centauri, while Pagosa Springs will travel to play Bayfield.
