The Salida Spartans earned a win when they defeated James Irwin 36-23 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
James Irwin was lead in scoring by Aso Lefano who accounted for 14 points, while also recording three rebounds and one assist. Ramiyah Byrd aided the effort by contributing five points and five rebounds.
Next up for each team, James Irwin will stay home and play Dolores Huerta Prep, while Salida will travel to play St. Mary’s.
