U.S. President Donald Trump delivered the annual State of the Union address Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020, at the Capitol in Washington, D.C. The address, the president’s third, comes the night before the Senate votes whether to convict or acquit the president on two articles of impeachment: abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
