Doherty easily defeated the Liberty Lancers by a score of 62-29 on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
Doherty was paced in scoring by Schafer Reichart who accounted for 18 points while also collecting seven rebounds and five assists. Lucas Moerman recorded a double-double, scoring 18 points and collecting 15 rebounds.
Liberty was lead in scoring by Jordon McKay who put up nine points, while also collecting four rebounds and one assist. Josiah Sewell had a solid night, scoring five points.
Next up for each team, Doherty will play host to Columbine, while Liberty will travel to play Fountain-Fort Carson.
