The Cotopaxi Pirates easily put away Moffat by a score of 52-31 on Thursday, Jan. 30.
Cotopaxi was paced in scoring by Chance Gulliford who scored 21 points while also collecting 10 rebounds and two assists. Frank Ogden had a good night, recording 10 points.
Moffat was lead in scoring by Elijah Roberts who accounted for 14 points, while also recording five rebounds and four assists. Dylan Wingate helped by chipping in five points and five rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Cotopaxi heading to play Crested Butte and Moffat taking on Manzanola.
