Chatfield let it rain from three-point land, sinking 17 treys but ultimately lost 80-72 to Pomona on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
Trevor Baskin lead Pomona with 30 points scored while also recording 10 rebounds and five assists. Isaiah Tshimanga and Cole Stevens also had productive performances contributing 27 points and 12 points, respectively.
Chatfield was paced in scoring by Nate Jacobson who put up 24 points, while also collecting seven rebounds and one assist. Dylan Carter had a notable night, recording 23 points, three rebounds and five assists.
Next up for each team, Pomona will stay home and play Columbine, while Chatfield will travel to play Bear Creek.
