The Denver West Cowboys earned a win when they defeated Regis Groff 64-57 on Friday, Jan. 31.
Denver West was lead in scoring by Jasmine Arreola who put up 31 points while also recording 10 rebounds and three assists. Mia Trevino had a notable night, recording 13 points, one rebound and four assists.
Regis Groff was lead in scoring by Natalia Sebrian-Rojas who scored 15 points, while also collecting two rebounds and one assist. Janiece Rivera and Lilah Figueroa also had respectable outings contributing 10 points and nine points, respectively.
Looking ahead to their next games, Regis Groff will play host to Northfield, while Denver West will travel to play Thomas Jefferson.
