The La Junta Tigers defeated the Florence Huskies by a score of 43-38 on Saturday, Feb. 1.
La Junta was lead in scoring by Sierra Reisch who put up 13 points while also recording two rebounds and four assists. Hayden Mayo recorded a double-double, scoring 10 points and collecting 11 rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with La Junta hosting Trinidad and Florence taking on Ellicott.
Florence has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
