
Limon dominated the post, snagging 67.9 of all rebounds and blocking six shots in their 67-28 victory over Merino on Saturday, Feb. 1.
Limon was lead in scoring by Sidney Hines who scored 13 points while also collecting seven rebounds. Trista Marx aided the effort by contributing 12 points and six rebounds.
Merino was paced in scoring by Hannah Pejsa-Stegner who scored 10 points, while also recording three rebounds and two assists. Taysa Conger aided the effort by contributing nine points and seven rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, Limon will stay home and play Stratton/Liberty, while Merino will travel to play Holyoke.
