Valor Christian let it rain from beyond the arc, drilling 38.9% of their attempts in their 81-69 victory over Pomona on Wednesday.
Valor Christian was lead in scoring by Amondo Miller who scored 21 points while also recording three rebounds and three assists. Talin Unruh and Rocky Beers also had solid games contributing 20 points and 13 points, respectively.
Pomona was paced in scoring by Trevor Baskin who scored 36 points, while also recording 11 rebounds and nine assists. Cole Stevens had a productive night, recording 14 points.
In their next games, Valor Christian will play host to Bear Creek, while Pomona will travel to play Ralston Valley.
