Ponderosa could not overcome Douglas County in 63-54 loss on Thursday.
Douglas County was lead in scoring by Tim Broom who scored 15 points while also collecting five rebounds and two assists. Keegan Phillips aided the effort by chipping in 13 points and three rebounds.
Ponderosa will play host to Chaparral, while Douglas County will travel to play Rock Canyon.
