The Gateway Olympians easily defeated the Westminster Wolves by a score of 78-41 on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Maliq Alford lead Gateway with 22 points scored while also collecting six rebounds and three assists. Erick Covington recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and collecting 15 rebounds.
Westminster was lead in scoring by Devin McCleave who accounted for 12 points while grabbing five rebounds. Jesus Barron helped by contributing six points.
Looking ahead to their next games, Westminster will stay home and play Prairie View, while Gateway will travel to play Brighton.
