Doherty made their presence felt from downtown, hitting 12 treys in their 85-56 win over Coronado on Wednesday.
Doherty was lead in scoring by Nathan Davis who scored 22 points while also collecting four rebounds. AJ Guiao and Lucas Moerman also had respectable outings contributing 18 points and 15 points, respectively.
Coronado was lead in scoring by Brycen Scherr who accounted for 14 points, while also recording three rebounds and one assist. William White aided the effort by contributing 12 points and four rebounds.
In their next games, Doherty will play host to Pine Creek, while Coronado will travel to play Air Academy.
