The Westminster Wolves earned a win when they defeated the Gateway Olympians 58-43 on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Westminster was lead in scoring by Marina Boltz who put up 23 points while also collecting four rebounds and one assist. Valerie Gallegos recorded a double-double, scoring 10 points and collecting 11 rebounds.
Gateway was paced in scoring by Kaush Noble who accounted for 15 points, while also collecting 13 rebounds and one assist. Taniah Knox and Malia Jimmerson also had solid outings contributing 11 points and 10 points, respectively.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Westminster hosting Hinkley and Gateway taking on Aurora Central.
