Trinidad was paced in scoring by Oscar Valdez who scored nine points while collecting one rebounds. Dominic Garcia had a productive night, scoring nine points.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with La Junta hosting Buena Vista and Trinidad taking on Colorado Springs Christian.
