The Fruita Monument Wildcats easily put away the Grand Junction Tigers by a score of 48-16 on Friday.

Fruita Monument was paced in scoring by Lila Dere who scored 19 points while also collecting one rebound and one assist. Kloe Bates helped the effort by chipping in 11 points and two rebounds.

Grand Junction was lead in scoring by Annaliese Geisler who scored five points while grabbing two rebounds. Raquel Medina had a solid night, scoring three points.

Next up for each team, Grand Junction will play host to Battle Mountain, while Fruita Monument will travel to play Grand Junction Central.
