Denver South let it fly from downtown, drilling eight treys in their 78-59 win over Golden on Monday.

Denver South was paced in scoring by Timiya Guevara who scored 38 points while also collecting three rebounds and seven assists. Tay Williams helped the effort by contributing 17 points, four rebounds, and two assists.

Golden was lead in scoring by Elli Garnett who put up 24 points, while also collecting 13 rebounds and five assists. Mya Baker had a solid night, recording 15 points, four rebounds and three assists.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Denver South heading to play Lincoln and Golden taking on Green Mountain.
