Pueblo West could not overcome Pueblo East in 69-51 loss on Monday.
Pueblo East was lead in scoring by Darnell Kindred who put up 20 points while also collecting seven rebounds. Jaxson Herring and Marvin London Jr also had solid outings contributing 16 points and 12 points, respectively.
Pueblo West was paced in scoring by Taylor Harris who put up 24 points, while also recording five rebounds and five assists. Nicolas Hanenberg had a solid night, scoring eight points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Pueblo East heading to play Pueblo County and Pueblo West taking on Pueblo South.
