McCurdy’s double-double lifts Colorado Springs School over Platte Canyon in 50-31 win

Colorado Springs School beat the Platte Canyon Huskies by a score of 50-31 on Saturday.

Luke Taylor lead Colorado Springs School with 19 points scored while also collecting three rebounds. Ben McCurdy recorded a double-double, scoring 18 points and collecting 10 rebounds.

Platte Canyon was paced in scoring by Evan Batzer who accounted for 10 points while grabbing 15 rebounds. Ryder Bayman had a notable night, recording nine points, six rebounds and two assists.

Looking ahead to their next games, Colorado Springs School will stay home and play James Irwin, while Platte Canyon will travel to play DSST: Montview.
