The Mead Mavericks easily handled the Frederick Warriors by a score of 62-29 on Monday.
Mead was paced in scoring by Jacklyn Stephenson who put up 14 points while also collecting 12 rebounds. Maddox Boston had a good night, recording 12 points, one rebound and five assists.
Frederick was lead in scoring by Savanna Staff who put up six points, while also collecting two rebounds and two assists. Tori Spahn helped by contributing six points and four rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, Frederick will stay home and play Fort Morgan, while Mead will travel to play Fort Morgan.
