Andy Smith lead Grand Junction with 12 points scored while also collecting nine rebounds. Blaine Butler helped the effort by contributing 12 points and four rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Grand Junction heading to play Grand Junction Central and Durango taking on Fruita Monument.
