The Cotopaxi Pirates defeated Antonito by a score of 48-35 on Friday.
Cotopaxi was lead in scoring by Chance Gulliford who put up 22 points while also collecting 16 rebounds. Ty Coleman had a solid night, recording nine points, one rebound and one assist.
Antonito was paced in scoring by Josh Duran who accounted for 24 points, while also collecting seven rebounds and three assists. Joey Lucero aided the effort by chipping in seven points and two rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Cotopaxi hosting Manzanola and Antonito taking on Centennial.
