The Primero Bulldogs easily handled the La Veta Redskins by a score of 61-33 on Thursday.
Lance Peters lead Primero with 21 points scored. Michael Damelio and Antonio Cordova also had respectable games contributing 19 points and 10 points, respectively.
La Veta was paced in scoring by Carson Miller who put up eight points, while also collecting two rebounds and two assists. Gus Andreatta helped the effort by contributing eight points and seven rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Primero hosting South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] and La Veta taking on Moffat.
