The Eaglecrest Raptors narrowly lost to the Cherry Creek Bruins in a 66-63 game on Saturday.
Myles Purchase lead Cherry Creek with 20 points scored while also recording seven rebounds and two assists. Julian Hammond iii recorded a double-double, scoring 15 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Eaglecrest was lead in scoring by Zion Ruckard who put up 25 points, while also collecting eight rebounds and two assists. Ty Robinson had a notable night, scoring 16 points.
Looking ahead to their next games, Eaglecrest will play host to Smoky Hill, while Cherry Creek will travel to play Grandview.
