The Liberty Lancers narrowly lost to the Rampart Rams in a 67-64 contest on Monday.
Cole Bowen lead Rampart with 15 points scored while also collecting one rebound and three assists. Carter Schlichenmeyer aided the effort by contributing 10 points, two rebounds, and two assists.
Liberty was lead in scoring by Gus Rivas who put up 25 points, while also recording eight rebounds and one assist. Jordon McKay aided the effort by contributing 16 points and seven rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, Liberty will play host to Fountain-Fort Carson, while Rampart will travel to play Coronado.
