Centaurus was paced in scoring by Laura Gensert who put up 17 points. Natalie Kramer helped by contributing 10 points and five rebounds.
Niwot was paced in scoring by Addy Ruth who scored five points, while also collecting five rebounds and three assists. Jazmin Ferrer had a notable night, scoring five points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Centaurus heading to play Northridge and Niwot taking on Mountain View.
