Sangre de Cristo could not overcome Kim/Branson in 49-37 loss on Friday, Feb. 21.
Kim/Branson was lead in scoring by Elijah Aragon who put up 15 points while also recording one rebound and four assists. Kelton Davis had a productive night, recording 10 points, five rebounds and two assists.
Sangre de Cristo was paced in scoring by Mario Enriquez who scored nine points, while also recording 13 rebounds and one assist. Cole Christensen had a good night, recording nine points, six rebounds and five assists.
Next up for each team, Sangre de Cristo will stay home and play Creede, while Kim/Branson will travel to play South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett].
