The La Junta Tigers easily defeated the Ellicott Thunderhawks by a score of 91-60 on Saturday, Feb. 22.
Thomas Garcia lead La Junta with 26 points scored while also collecting five rebounds and six assists. Chance Oquist recorded a double-double, scoring 13 points and collecting 11 rebounds.
Ellicott was lead in scoring by Chris Jones who scored 23 points while collecting seven rebounds. Joshua Garduno had a good night, recording 14 points, four rebounds and two assists.
