The George Washington Patriots narrowly won over the Denver East Angels in a 47-43 contest on Saturday, Feb. 22.

George Washington was lead in scoring by Jaida Redwine who accounted for 21 points while also recording five rebounds and one assist. Maya Whiteside and Anisa Turner also had solid games contributing 10 points each.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with George Washington hosting Ponderosa and Denver East taking on Doherty.

Denver East has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
