More than 1,300 Democratic delegates are at stake when people in 14 states (and American Samoa) cast their votes in the Super Tuesday presidential primaries.

 

 


Super Tuesday results

A candidate needs 1,991 delegates to secure the nomination, and must win 15% of the vote in a state or congressional district to be awarded delegates. The delegate count so far:

 

Bernie Sanders: 60
Joe Biden: 54
Pete Buttigieg*: 26
Elizabeth Warren: 8
Amy Klobuchar*: 7

 

*Has withdrawn from the race
