The National Collegiate Hockey Conference, which includes the Denver Pioneers and Colorado College, has canceled its tournament due to concerns of the coronavirus.
The tournament was scheduled to start Friday evening. No. 8 Colorado College was slated to face No. 1 North Dakota on the road, while No. 3 Denver was going to host No. 6 Omaha at the Magness Arena.
The semifinals and final were to take place at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minn.
