A man shot and killed Sunday night in Aurora’s Saddle Rock neighborhood has been identified.
Sir’ Sedric Donavan Gregg, 18, died of a gun shot wound to the head and his manner of death is a homicide, according to the Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office.Police said Sunday’s shooting happened at 8:25 p.m. at the Sonoma Resort Apartments, in the 22300 block of East Ontario Drive.
Officers found the victim inside a residence and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said a suspect in the shooting fled but later returned and was taken into custody.
Donovan Anthony Brown, 20, is being held for investigation of a second-degree murder, according to an Aurora Police Department news release.
