Denver will have warm temperatures and sunny skies Wednesday before several days of rainy weather, forecasters said.
The high temperature will be about 81 degrees, with winds gusting up to 20 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
There’s a 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday afternoon. The high temperature will be about 72 degrees. The chance of precipitation will grow to 60% at night, the NWS said
Rain showers are likely and there is a possibility of a thunderstorm in the afternoon. It will be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature of about 70 degrees. The chance for precipitation is 60%.
On Saturday, there will be a 40% chance of rain showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon. The high temperature will be near 68 degrees.
Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high temperature near 83. It will get even warmer at the beginning of next week with highs of 89 degrees on Monday and 90 on Tuesday.
