If you weren’t already excited for the upcoming ski season, you should be now: Arapahoe Basin began snowmaking operations this weekend.
“Last night the temperatures were perfect for snowmaking and we started making snow,” COO Alan Henceroth . “You guys know what that means, we are just that much closer to ski season.”
Powder days will look a bit different this year, with some resorts due to the coronavirus pandemic. A-Basin currently has , but passes will be limited and single-day lift tickets will need to be purchased in advance online.
