Police are investigating after an officer was shot in the line of duty Tuesday evening in Englewood.
An investigator with the Englewood Police Department told Denver7 they were investigating a shooting involving an officer that happened at the Englewood light rail station.
The officer, who was not immediately identified, was taken to Swedish Medical Center. The officer’s condition is not currently known.
No other information was immediately available.
