A man was found fatally shot in an Aurora apartment Sunday morning, according to the Aurora Police Department.
A neighbor discovered the man’s body around 8:30 a.m. in the Landon Park apartments in the 100 block of South Sable Boulevard, according to police. The neighbor told investigators she heard a gunshot around 2 a.m. and found the man slumped over when she went to check on him later Sunday morning.
The man has not been publicly identified.
Police initially called the case a homicide, but later changed that to say it was a suspicious death. No suspect information has been released. Additional information was not immediately available.
