Firefighters on Thursday morning responded to a business in Littleton where heavy smoke was streaming from the building.
South Metro Fire Rescue, at about 8 a.m., checked for fire and ventilated the business, Aces Motorcycles, 3615 W. Bowles Ave., the fire department said on Twitter.
The heavy smoke is inside the Aces Motorcycle store. Firefighters are continuing to make access into the attic spaces to check for fire, using ladders from the ground & aerial apparatus. Correction: rooftop units, also known in the fire service as RTUs, are producing the smoke.

Fire crews checked the attic of the building for fire and found smoke streaming from machinery on the roof. Firefighters also checked adjoining businesses at the complex.
The unit has been ventilated and fire investigators and Xcel staff are on scene working to determine what caused the incident.There were no injuries.
