A man was shot dead in Aurora on Tuesday night, and police have arrested a suspect.
The shooting happened at about 7:30 p.m. in a parking lot in the 1900 block of South Havana Street, police said. Officers found a man suffering a gunshot wound, and he was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Abdikarim Mumin, 23, was arrested and has been charged with second-degree murder and possession of a weapon by a previous offender, police said.
