Denver police are investigation the shooting death of a man in the 4400 block of Grove Street as a homicide.
ALERT: is conducting an outdoor death investigation in the 4000 block of N Grove Street. If circumstances surrounding the death are deemed suspicious, we will update this to a homicide investigation. Office of the Medical Examiner will provide victim ID.

The death, in the Berkeley neighborhood, was announced by police on Twitter at 8:13 a.m. as an “outdoor” death.
At 1:09 p.m., police announced that the death, in the 4400 block, is being investigated as a homicide. “At this time, it appears the victim, an adult male, died as a result of a shooting.”
