1. Fat Lever (23)
April 21, 1989: Nuggets 139, Golden State 121
The Nuggets’ third all-time leading passer (behind Alex English and Nikola Jokic) had his biggest performance on the road against the Warriors. In addition to his 23 assists, he added 13 rebounds and 15 points.
2T. Mark Jackson (22)
Jan. 20, 1997: Nuggets 132, Nets 123
In his 52 games in Denver, Jackson averaged 12.4 assists. His 11.4 for the season was tops in the NBA for the 1996-97 season. This was his biggest assists output for the year. He also added 21 points in the win.
2T. Nikola Jokic (22)
March 7, 2025: Nuggets 149, Suns 144, OT
The three-time MVP added to his lore becoming the first player in NBA history record 30 points, 20 rebounds and 20 assists in a game with his 31-21-22 performance. His 22 assists set a career high for the Nuggets’ all-time assists leader, just weeks after he had a career-mark of 19.

March 26, 2001: Nuggets 109, Chicago 104, OT
The 6-foot-8 forward is known as a 3-point specialist, but with point guards Nick Van Exel and Anthony Goldwire out, he stepped up as Denver’s primary playmaker to lead the Nuggets to an overtime road victory in the Windy City.

Nov. 15, 1995: Nuggets 137, Suns 127, 3OT
Abdul-Rauf did it all for the Nuggets this night. In 56 minutes, he also had 30 points and pulled down eight rebounds to lead Denver to a triple-overtime victory in Phoenix.

Nov. 8, 1999: Nuggets 115, Hawks 100
The 6-foot-1 point guard poured on 23 points to go along with 20 dishes, leading Denver to a home win against the Hawks.

Van Exel became the first Nuggets player to record two separate 20-plus-assists performances.

Miller had plenty of targets in Denver’s win over Miami as Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith combined for 69 points. Miller added five points and a pair of blocks.
9T. Michael Adams (19)
Dec. 15, 1990: Suns 142, Nuggets 134
It was the heyday of former head coach Paul Westhead’s run-and-gun offense. Adams finished the game with 23 points and five steals in addition to his assists.
9T. Nikola Jokic (19)
Feb. 24, 2025: Nuggets 125, Pacers 116
Jokic set a career-high in assists to lift the Nuggets to their 10th win in 11 tries. He also had 18 points, nine rebounds and four assists in the victory.
9T. Robert Pack (19)
Dec. 12, 1994: Celtics 113, Nuggets 103
The Packman recorded 19 of the Nuggets’ 24 assists in a losing effort to Boston on the road.
